We monitor for issues and respond quickly. If your site goes offline or is compromised, we’ll restore it from a backup and carry out a full cleanup. One full site recovery is included per quarter.
Routine plugin and theme updates are completed fortnightly, and as soon as possible for vulnerability updates. Your site is backed up every night to a secure offsite location, so we can restore it if anything ever goes wrong.
If you want us to host your WordPress site, yes – the care plan is required to ensure your site stays fast, secure, and performing at its best.
You’re welcome to host your site elsewhere after the build is complete, but we don’t provide maintenance services for sites hosted on other platforms. Our care plans only apply to sites we host because we use premium hosting we know and trust – we can’t guarantee performance or support when we don’t control the environment.
Absolutely. You’ll have access to ongoing support for light fixes, backend questions and technical checks. If anything goes wrong or needs adjusting, we’re here to help.
